Anyone else having sniper service snafus????

auctionsniper and the only problems I consistently seem to have is I don't bid high enough! I was a little wary putting my info in the first time but I haven't had any problems and I routinely have 40-60 snipes at any given time (about 90% of which never win!!!!!).
