Anyone else having sniper service snafus????

My Sniping service was pretty much perfect until about 2 weeks ago -- since then I think it has missed placing bids on 2 Fan Craze cards that I might have won had it worked -- I'll never know for sure -- but I know it cost the seller as much as $200. My service is "Powersnipe.com" which I recommended without reservation until now.... Yes, I am going to change the setting (if I can)to allow for more time (greater margin of error).....
