Boy Al... those are fantastic pins! Man oh Man, would I love to get my hands on one of those "61 in 61" pins to go with my 1961 Maris Collection!

One of the roads that I've traveled as a collector is Hall of Fame induction class baseballs. I have most classes complete from the 80's on, but, with many deceased players from the 70's and earlier, it makes it tough to put together a class ball collection of the earlier years. I found this ball last year signed by Mickey and Whitey. Came with the original owner's polaroid photo from the day it was signed in Tennessee in 1974.

Default Here's One

As a kid growing up in Northern NJ, my neighbor was Harold Rosenthal...a sportswriter for the herald tribune. The caption on top tells the story...Harold donated the original to the HOF...it's probably been hidden from view for decades!!!

This is my copy!
