I have to agree with the other consignor regarding disappointing results. Consigned a 1/1 33 goudey (highest graded) that ended way below my expectations ($3,550 or so with the premium). Rob has great stuff but the catalog is so massive items do get overshadowed. In a smaller boutique auction house a similar card recently hit $7,000 with the premium. Another consignment also fell relatively flat. I usually pick Robert Edwards because it is in my backyard plus I can view every item. A couple of years back I gave them a Ruth signed photo which did okay but would have done much better if not for the exact same shot signed by Ruth included in the same auction. I did pick up the t207 SGC 60 Walter Johnson and the E120 Cobb. I think they were relatively fair deals.
