Hi Michael.
Don't take "no" for an answer. Call Fed Ex and get the drivers name and telephone number. Talk to the driver to see what he says. Find out from the driver exactly where he/she put the package, and what time of day the package was delivered. Keep calling Fed Ex every day and tell them that you want your package. Don't settle for an insurance claim. Talk to the supervisor and if you aren't satisfied talk to the supervisors supervisor. If you are enough of a pain in the ass they may come up with your package.
