Scott, I've never had any problem with my best offers to 707 either. I actually found them to be pretty reasonable to work with...I will admit that they're BINs are somewhat high, but agree that if it's been working for them, then who am I to complain.

edited to add: regarding 707, make a fair offer if you see something you like - I've been told that he, specifically, is very open to fair offers.
