The best offer option on eBay has been around much longer than that. In 2017, eBay began allowing you to put it on auction style listings, where prior to that it was only an option for fixed price listings.

Looks fantastic with the matting. Iím glad you elected to have the tassels out flat rather than curled under. I think it looks much better even though it increases the price due to more frame needed. Iíve been there.

Iíll take a shot at it. The Bucks champions pennant is a little bit tougher than the All Star pennant. I would say about $50 for that one and $30 for the All Star one. The real jewel is the AFL / NFL Super Bowl pennant. You didnít mention that one.

Does anyone know if there was ever a Super Bowl I pennant made/sold at the game, in Los Angeles? I've only seen that one depicting the final score, which I presume was made in the 1980s or so....
