If you feel this card is a candidate for resubmission I think you are really rolling the dice considering a sharp slabbed 'A' from PSA or SGC could probably be acquired for less than $500. Then again, 7's are going for over 3k so maybe you see opportunity here.
On the other hand if you leave it in a GAI holder you are going to have trouble moving the card when that time comes, at least in my opinion. Either way, my two cents is this one is too risky.
