it would have be applied with a q tip i guess??
just to the caption area???.....very light......but I would suspect a chemical smell or something would be left behind??.......bleach
 ........pete.....you should sacrifice a beater T206.....apply a tiny bit of bleach on a qtip to the caption area....try a few different chemicals on a few $5 beaters maybe....see if a smell is left behind also???kevin saucier is the expert on card alterations  ......is he still around????
